Obituary for Morris Segal

Peacefully, on July 6, 2016 at age 91. Beloved husband of the late Sandy. Loving father of Steve (Likey) and Eric. Proud grandfather of David, Elanna and Shane. Predeceased by siblings Bill, Lil, Joe and Albert. Moe was a proud WW II Naval Veteran, a Grey Cup Champion with the Ottawa Roughriders, a long-time civil servant as well as an active Freemason. Funeral Service will be held at the Kehillat Beth Israel, 1400 Coldrey Avenue, on Thursday, July 7 at 2 p.m. Interment at the Jewish Memorial Gardens, 2692 Bank Street, Ottawa. Shiva to be observed at 2406 Georgina Drive on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 p.m., continuing in Toronto. In lieu of flowers, In Memoriam donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation appreciated.
