Condolence From: Jacqueline Gomm
Condolence: Dear Leslie - deepest sympathy from John and I upon finding the sad news just yesterday of our old friend Squibs. She and Johnny and John and I did much together over the decades so have some great memories to treasure, some of the best, of course, involving dogs. We are still over here in the south of England and on my next drive over to Surrey I shall go up onto Box Hill - where Squibs always said she’d like to return to - I shall sit on the hill and look down onto Dorking, and listen for the faint sounds of past laughter of happy young people, Squibs and her beloved friend Mabsie, and also Reuben, and know they are all together again.
Please do email if you wish.

Condolence: My sister and I first met Squibs at a War Brides Reunion in Montreal many years ago we attended with our Mother. We enjoyed meeting her, she was such a beautiful person. In August of 2017 we were invited to her house for tea, we accepted and enjoyed tea and biscuits and heard many memories of England and her war bride story. I feel so fortunate to have known her.

Condolence: I am so sorry for the loss of your wonderful mom. I spent many days at the house a a child ,and had many cups of tea as an adult. I visited her a lot until i became immobile. A beautiful angel now lives in heaven.
