She was a kind and generous person, a great supervisor who always did the right thing and was very helpful when I started out in the Operations Branch. Her memory was amazing and she always had a smile. I am glad she was able to enjoy many years as a retiree.

I will always be so thankful for the opportunity that she gave me. She was more like a mother figure to all of us at 311, always a joy to work for. We had so much fun, such a caring person.

Condolence: I am heartbroken to hear of this news. Peggy was my first real boss though she treated me more like a daughter! She could always make me laugh and put me in my place when I needed it in the most heartwarming way. I will always remember our lunch dates even after she retired or how she'd call me to get the scoop on how everyone was doing. I loved Peggy.
