Condolence From: Terry and Anna (Woolsey) Kiefl
Condolence: Bill, Janet, Margo, Annie and Brenda

Terry and I would like to express our deepest condolences on Jimmy’s passing. Gone far too soon. Although we did not see Jim much these past years, the memories of Jim and sometimes Graham Bird driving Annie and I up skiing to Camp Fortune are vivid in my memory. They even took us to Mont Sutton once, I am sure under Orpha’s direction. Fortunately I still have the photo book of the HuckFen Sailing Regatta at Norway Bay which brings back joyful memories. We are happy that Jim was able to share his joy with so many others through his later years. He will be missed. My heart goes out to each of the Fenton extended family and those who loved Jimmy. Sincerely, Terry and Anna Kiefl

Condolence: I wish to extend my deepest condolences to Jim’s family, sisters and brother. For me Jim was a special sort of guy. As a youth he was always my younger cousin and be it at the Norway Bay cottage or our respective family homes in Ottawa we learned and shared many lessons in life...some learned the easy way ,some not so, and always there were family ties that bound us together. In later life I met Jim only periodically but in those instances he came close to a big John Wayne type character for me. His stature, impressive boots, big full moustache , his forthrightness, integrity and true grit spirit left a deep impression. Jim will be sorely missed.
Your cousin,
Bob

Condolence: Dear Fenton Family,
I am sad to hear of Jim’s death.
I remember Jimmy mostly from our time at the cottage. He was always very friendly and fun to be around. He liked to joke and was willing to laugh with, talk to, and amuse everyone. Including those who were much younger and older than himself. I am sure that he will be greatly missed.

My husband Andy and I extend our deepest sympathies on the death of Jim, your beloved family member. I have very fond memories of Jim during our years growing up in Ottawa, at the cottage and at the many family events that marked the year. Jim was a warm, kind, gentle man. He will be deeply missed.
Your cousin, Ruth.

Condolence: Dear friends of Jim
It is unfortunate, due to covid, that we may not have an opportunity to meet and share stories of Jim’s life. Jim was very special to me and his passing has left a big hole in my heart. Jim will always be with me guiding me with the integrity, honesty and respect that he lived by and showed others.
Jim loved to go for drives, especially in his 1930 modle A Ford
Drive on Jim.......
