How to use our Video Condolences

Start by visiting the online memorial page

Step-by-Step When Posting From A Computer
12. Click the “add video” button
3. You will see a pop-up asking to “Use your camera and microphone”, click “Allow”
4. When ready, click “Record”
5. When finished, click “Stop”
6. If you want to preview your video, click “Preview”
7. When ready to submit, answer the captcha (math question) at the bottom of the page
8. Click “Post Condolence”

 Step-by-Step When Posting From A Phone or Tablet
1. Click “Leave Condolence”
2. Click “Add Video”

4. Please hold your device in the landscape orientation to take the video
5. Click “Record” when ready to start your condolence
6. Click “Stop” when you are finished
7. If you want to preview your video, click “Preview”
8. When completed, answer the captcha and click “Post Condolence”

As grief and responsibilities consume us during a funeral, it's very natural for many to find we don’t recall much of the service afterwards. The strong emotions can leave a hazy recollection of the day we came together.
